AVIAN INFECTIOUS BRONCHITIS VACCINE INACTIVATED (MASS, 4/91 & NPR) IP

Description

The vaccine contains Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus, Mass. M41 (GI-1 lineage), 4/91 (GI-13 lineage) and Novel Indian Nephropathogenic strain (GI-24 lineage), grown in SPF chick embryos. It is inactivated and oil-adjuvanted (VISA-15 technology) to get stable water-in-oil emulsion.

Product Information

Composition: Each dose of vaccine contains ≥ 10⁶ EID₅₀ of Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus, Mass. M41 (GI-1), 4/91 (GI-13) & Novel Indian Nephro-pathogenic strains (GI-24) prior to inactivation.
Indications: Broad cross protection against the Infectious Bronchitis Virus circulating genotypes
Route of administration: Subcutaneous or Intramuscular.
Shelf Life: 24 months from date of manufacture.
Storage: Between 2 to 8°C. Do not freeze.

Instructions

Take out vaccine bottle from refrigerator. Bring it to room temperature for vaccination.

Use only by S/C or I/M route by using 20/21G ½ inch needle.
Shake bottle before use and frequently During vaccination.

Side Effects

Not observed.

Withdrawal

Not required.

Transport

On ice in thermos flask / thermocol box.
